my review is a long story:

so for those who want a quick one: I would buy from this dealership time and time again. Kurt, Christian, Josh and Jalil are amazing.

Long story:
I’ve bought a couple of used cars from used dealerships and I really didn’t want to go to another one with all my bad experiences. However, I found a jeep wrangler I had been searching for, for a couple of years, that was the right price, the right miles. First of all, they were willing to meet me in the middle of what I was hoping; Jalil (I’m so sorry if I butchered the spelling) was incredibly friendly! The finance manager was talkative and very informative. Before I even signed all the paperwork I was asking what would happen if I left the lot and something detrimental happened. They reassured me if they found that it was something that should’ve been fixed before purchasing the car they would take care of it. As soon as I got home the radiator hose blew and all the radiator fluid bursted out. They sent Christian out to see what the problem was and fixed it. Not but a day later the instrument cluster went out and they were very helpful and concerned in helping me get it fixed. They were not required to fix this issue but made sure that I was taken care of and wasn’t being sold a crappy vehicle. Every place is out to make money but North town auto is out here making lifelong customers. They truly will continue to receive mine/my families business. And for the first time, I don’t feel like I was scammed or screwed over by a used car dealership. So thank you North town auto for your care, respect, and passion for what you do.

I had an amazing experience working with Nick at Northtown Auto when I bought my 370Z. From start to finish, him and his crew went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Even after the purchase, they’ve continued to go the extra mile, which really sets them apart. Jalil did great finding me a selection that fit my list of must haves and Jason was so awesome and made sure all the details were on point. Josh was amazing with all the financing and making everything clear and understandable. I highly recommend this business and these group of guys!!

Karl was easy going and a very “no pressure” styled salesman, which I appreciate! I found the perfect rig for my needs and budget. I would have given 5 stars, but the engine bay on the vehicle had not been detailed and there was no offer to get it taken care of. Obviously, not a deal breaker.

I have had NTA service dept. do quite a few projects , they are fairly fast and knowledgeable, and the price seemed reasonable when compared

Karl Womack or Karl with a “K” was the best salesman we could ask for. We couldn’t be happier with our interaction or more thankful for how smooth he made the process. We bought a vehicle with no pressure and total comfort ability and professionalism. I suggest him and North Town Auto Sales to anyone.

Jalil is one of the friendliest quickest salesman that I have ever encountered. It was a pleasure working with him. If I had to buy again I would want Jalil
