Typical car lot. Shady all around inside and out and when a vehicle in their possession that they had sold off to wholesale already gets a hole in the tank, they back off the trade and start charging storage fees.

I walked in to Northtown Auto Sales today thought it was going to take another long time to process my trade-in to something a lot more bigger and upgraded, but Karl helped me get what I really wanted in less than an hour! Very good service and a lot of customer service professionalism at another level!

This is my second car from NTA. Karl helped us this round and was a nice person to deal with. Not pushy very laid back and it is always a pleasant experience that’s why I keep going back. Needed a new used vehicle and knew exactly where to go. We were not on the lot but for a few seconds before Karl greeted us and got us in the vehicle we were looking at right away. I need to start a punch card 😉 will be back in the future when the teens start driving. Thanks again.

BUYERS BEWARE THEY SELL LEMON CARS.Went up to get a Durango comes to find out they sold it on me the night before and thought I was gonna get a deal with a different rig. But comes to find out the Ford F-150 has more problems than what it's worth. Be careful with this place. Don't let their hospitality get in the way of the game and pos they sell. It's gonna cost me 11,474 dollars to fix all the repairs and I bought the thing for 11,890. Not even worth it. Lesson learned take a mechanic and stick true to your word. Walk away if they can't provide proper service and road safe vehicles.

What could have been a HORRID experience turned into the BEST one! If you're unsure about used cars or have fears about salespeople pushing unfair priced vehicles down your throat...RUN to the place with the big dog on top (as my toddler would say) I went in with such a negative past experience with used car dealerships and car issues (and bad credit decisions) I was CERTAIN they wouldn't be able to help me. But they did!I'm a single mother of an amazing 5 year old and while doing all the initial paperwork my salesman (Jason) was SO helpful and comforting to my child (he actually colored with her to entertain her while I filled out all the boring parts!) it made me feel more like I was family vs just a customer. Jason's impact on not only myself but my child brought about so much ease I knew I had made a good decision coming to "the place with the big dog"Josh in Finance made the paperwork as painless as possible and understood I was really nervous to buy a used car because of my past, he assured me he wouldn't be working for a company that was shady, especially for as long as he had. And after the Explorer conundrum (see below) I can see why he's so proud of his job! He ALSO was great with my child as I muddled through the pieces needed to finalize the sale.They got me into a sweet looking Ford Explorer, 3 days later I had my personal mechanic check it out and they found immediately that it had a blown head gasket.... I was DEVASTATED, and bawling when I called NTA and spoke to Johnny (the manager) He assured me that they would help me and asked I bring the Explorer in, as it turns out... my mechanic was correct. Nick (also a manager I believe) was able to calm my "OMG I signed for a beater" fears and was the most professional person I've ever worked with, and without more hassle than a little paperwork they got me into a Kia Sentora (WAY more my style!)Shortly after taking the Kia, I was fearful of a bumping sensation in that car, the mechanic (Kurt) not only looked at it and fixed a few minor issues they found BUT HE RODE WITH ME to ensure I was feeling the same things they were and the Kia has now passed all tests and is officially named Ruby :)Bottom line... if you make the sound decision to come here... Get ready for an experience you'll never get at other dealerships... the experience of being a VALUED customer.

I can tell you a few things about NorthTown Auto Sales. One, they may not be as horrible as some other used car dealers. Two, they cannot "finance anyone". They didnt make me feel like they went the distance to make a deal work for me, even when I was interested in both putting a sizeable downpayment and trading my car. Three, just skip them and keep looking. There's tons of used car dealers out there and theres really nothing special about this one. Save yourself the trouble and wasted time/credit hit.

I bought my Mercedes SUV here I normally buy from a bigger dealership but they had the car that I wanted and I was in a hurry but immediately after buying it started twitching like the motor was going to cut out but I figured maybe it's just because it's a diesel and it wasn't warmed up yet and then I noticed the inside was pretty scuffed up and the car hadn't been detailed It was just washed so I went back in and said it doesn't really feel like it's worth as much as you sold it to me for so can you detail the interior since you didn't do it before you gave it to me ? and they said nope with an unfriendly attitude saying the deal's done and I thought wow what bad customer service they can care less about you once the deal is done so I took it to the Mercedes dealer and had it checked out since the check engine light came on right away and they said it needed all new turbo gaskets which cost me over $1,200 And now it needs new brakes which is another $1,300 plus a few other things I've only put 4K mi on the car since I got it It's over $2,500 + in repairs in a very short time and a few other errors like the high beams don't work which is min $250 to get diagnosed and all this is because I didn't buy the car from a bigger dealership like I should have ! A bigger dealership would have went through the car checked for error codes and fixed major things that were wrong before selling it and they don't do this here Maybe if you're going to buy an American car or something that wouldn't be a big deal but these European BMWs and Mercedes and Audis I would strongly recommend buying them from a bigger dealership since that's obviously what I should have done ..Never Again !!

I've been looking for a new car and when I was looking a nice man named Jason Smith help me look around for the perfect car , I didn't buy it yet but he was very helpful on explaining all the technical things I needed to know about each car I looked at. North Town Automator is the place to go for good customer service 😀 👌🏾

I bought my first car from these guys in November. I don't know much about cars, but they were honest and upfront about the car's history and maintenance record. They promised to cover the cost of fixing a few minor issues with the car, and have followed through with these promises. I would highly recommend them.

If you buy a car from here and want to use their in house mechanic after... DONT!!! One of the RUDEST people I have ever come across in my life. Screams and yells with the tow truck driver towing my car and then refuses to recieve my vehicle EVEN THO I HAD AN APPT. Whatever his problem was with the tow truck driver was his problem with the driver... NOT ME and for him to refuse my vehicle despite having a scheduled appt is disappointing and this guy needs a lesson in customer service.Absolutely terrible customer service and regret ever contacting then to help get my starter fixed.

Continually preying on low income people, selling them lemon cars that likely have the check engine light on before the vehicle even makes it home and even not safe for public roads and should not have been sold on their lot at all.Will update once current vehicle scenario is resolved to a better score depending on if the company makes right on their sales. If they do not, 100% buyer beware, do not buy a vehicle from this company without a third party inspection off their lot or you will likely be getting screwed over. Ball is in their court to fix and earn an updated review.

If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend this place, I’ve been doing business with them for years and it’s always a great deal and a great experience, Randy and Nick Arrotta are definitely a cut above the rest. Not only are they honest but they always go out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied.
