The vehicle I got was new to me, and my first car for my family, I came in and told Victoria (Tori) about my story- the morning I went into northtown auto sales I had gone out to the car I was using at the time and discovered a problem with my 2006 Nissan Altima that I put twice as much into than I did to actually obtain the car, it was the bane of my existence. I went to leave for work that morning and all the sudden my car axle snapped and the two front tires were flat. I told Tori I have a two year-old boy I can’t be out of a car. I drive my entire family around and I don’t know what to do She brought me out onto the lot immediately and explained that these were the cars that she had for me to look at that I would possibly want from what I told her I was hoping to get- I wanted something big and something that could take me out camping something that could haul my whole family around and then some. She points me towards a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander I went on a test drive with her and I knew that was it. She worked to get the price in my range and continued to work with me throughout the remainder of the time that I was there. She even gave me her Facebook. About two and a Half months after I got the car I got rear-ended and I didn’t know what to do so I text her and she did everything she could in her power to help me and let me know that if I needed anything else that I could get a hold of her for that as well they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taking care of during the sales process and afterwards. Big thanks to Tori, Jalil and Josh For making this happen for my family🫶🏼

This place will hands down be the most amazing place to buy a car. Any sort of issue I ran into they were willing to help me and figure it out. When they say they are family owned they truly mean it and treat you like you're family. Hayden was an absolutely stellar salesman and made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured into getting into something nor did I feel like he was trying to sell me on something I couldn't afford. Thank you guys with my whole heart! You guys are amazing and I'll continue to buy vehicles from you!

I asked to see an older Acura up front and asked about it's timing and serpentine belt replacement receipts or anything that would prove the required services had been performed. On certain Honda's like this with over 100k miles, the timing belt is no joke as it's a major job that prevents the engine from self destruction. The salesperson said yes and just pointed to an arbitrary blue and white sticker that can be summed up as "We checked everything yup, we promise!" No timeline or mileage in which it was done. Very helpful.On the road, the car's steering was incredibly loose turning right, but tight when turning left. Also, the AC was quite weak. But muh blue sticker right? I also played dumb and asked if the vehicle was AWD. They said yes. It is not AWD. They also got noticeably worried and became far less talkative after I brought out my code reader. I figured that's worth mentioning. After looking at their Yelp reviews and seeing others bringing up their botched repairs, shady practices, not to mention, the owner literally guilt tripping their customers in replies, I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle here.
