Recently, I had an amazing experience with this dealership. I would like to share my gratitude towards Northtown Auto Sales for giving me a chance to purchase 2016 Toyota Tundra. The customer service was great from the whole staff. However, one person who stood out to me in particular, is the salesperson, Jason Smith. He laced up his shoes and got stuff done. He negotiated smoothly in the financial process and, I never felt pressured to make a decision. Above all, he explained everything in great detail making my decision that much easier. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I didn't look at the reviews before I went and bought a car there, but my buying experience is absolutely amazing working with Kayla, Jason, and Josh. They make you feel absolutely welcome and they crack jokes and they treat you kind of like family...
Then after 5 days of having the car, it started making a loud sound. I called the mechanic shop that they asked you to take the vehicle to if something goes wrong and I didn't get no answer. So then I filled out the online thing asking to book an appointment and I didn't get a phone call back. So then I got online and I started looking at the reviews and I read absolutely horrible reviews about something going on with other people's vehicle and not getting it fixed or any help like they should, so I was stressing. I went down there to make an appointment, he had an opening Tuesday, dropped it off the night before, not only did he have it done Tuesday evening but they did it for free.
I don't know what everyone else's problems were. I'm thinking most of them went in with an attitude and was disrespectful and so they got that in return.
This dealership and their mechanic shop have done everything they can to help me and make sure I am happy with my purchase. I recommend them 100% and will continue to do business with them. I have already told multiple people about my experience!!!!

I've been coming here for years, my first car has lasted the past 10 years and I still have her. She's not in great shape now, so I decided to get an upgrade. I met with Jalil and he got me into the exact car I was looking at. Great conversation and a very upbeat person, not trying to sell you on the most expensive. All of the team members I talked to were great and understood financial struggles these days. Will probably be going through them for many years to come.
